Orva

AI operations teammate for your business

Let Orva do the busywork,so you can do the work only you can do.

Orva is the teammate who takes the busywork—in Slack or from any browser. It routes each request to specialized agents that read only the systems you approve, shows you where every answer came from, and turns it into tasks, drafts, reminders, and reports. Nothing goes out the door without your okay.

  • Real answers from your live systems, with the source attached
  • Turns what it finds into tasks, docs, reminders, scheduled briefs, and reports
  • You stay in the loop: approval gates, OAuth, permissions, tenant isolation, audit trails

What breaks first

You know exactly what’s wrong. You just haven’t had time to fix it.

01

Busywork eats the day

Status chasing, report assembly, spreadsheet reconciliation, and tool switching steal time from the decisions only you can make.

02

The answer lives in ten tools

HubSpot, Drive, Harvest, Jira, GA4, and Calendar each hold a piece of it. Ask Orva once and it checks the right ones, respects permissions, shows its sources, and hands the answer to whoever needs it—not only the person who knows which dashboard to open.

03

Reports should build themselves

Recurring summaries, missing-hours checks, project rollups, pipeline snapshots, and source-backed updates can run on their own.

04

Knowledge walks out the door

Orva keeps important operating context attached to the workspace instead of one person’s thread history.

One Orva. Two interfaces.

Meet your team in Slack—or work directly from the web.

The same connected tools, the same business context, the same approval controls—in Slack or its optional web portal. Nothing new for your team to learn.

01 / SLACKTEAM WORKSPACE

Ask where the team is already talking.

Bring Orva into existing conversations so questions, source-backed answers, and approval-ready follow-up stay visible to the people doing the work.

SOURCE-BACKED ANSWER

Three follow-ups need attention before Friday.

  • Northstar’s pricing recap has no reply and a Friday decision meeting.
  • Atlas added a second integration owner, but no task was created.
  • Beacon is waiting on a source report promised by RevOps.

How teams get started

Start small. Three steps, no big rollout.

Begin with the workflow that hurts, prove the value, then expand only when it makes sense.

01

Start with one question

Choose the recurring status, sales, delivery, or finance question that keeps pulling someone away from higher-value work.

02

Connect only what it needs

Orva reads the approved systems needed for that workflow. No giant transformation and no rip-and-replace project.

03

Ask Orva. Get the work back.

Use Slack or the Orva Portal to get a source-backed answer, plus tasks, drafts, reminders, reports, or approval-ready next steps.

Optional beta · CMMC Readiness

See what an assessor may question before your assessment.

Orva reviews your CMMC program through an assessor-like lens—before an assessor does. Work through Level 1 or all 110 Level 2 requirements, uncover likely policy and evidence gaps, and prepare for self-assessment or a C3PAO assessment without putting CUI or sensitive security artifacts into Orva.

01

Work every requirement

Move through all 15 Level 1 safeguards or 110 Level 2 requirements with assessment objectives, sanitized implementation narratives, and human-reviewed status.

02

Organize policies and evidence

Build or migrate versioned policy drafts, review suggested mappings, and retain references to evidence held in your approved external repository.

03

Track the path forward

See readiness scoring, eligible Level 2 POA&Ms, remediation tasks, renewal reminders, and a sanitized package for your separate SPRS process.

READINESS SUPPORT, WITH THE BOUNDARY BUILT IN

Authorized people—not Orva—make assessment decisions and handle affirmation or submission. Orva provides assessor-like guidance; it does not certify an organization, act as a C3PAO, submit to SPRS, or accept CUI, credentials, raw logs, scans, configuration exports, or sensitive diagrams.

Fair questions

Let’s be straightforward.

Does Orva replace our current tools?+

No. Orva sits above them. You keep Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Harvest, project tools, and dashboards. Orva makes them easier to ask and act on.

What about data security and permissions?+

Orva is multi-tenant, uses OAuth where supported, isolates company data by tenant, and uses approval gates for sensitive actions. Your business data is not used to train AI models.

How long does implementation take?+

Most teams start with one or two high-value workflows. The fastest path uses a recurring Orva question and the systems needed to answer it.

Can we see ROI before committing?+

Yes. Pick one recurring report, status update, or operational question and measure how much time disappears from that workflow.

Do we need Slack to use Orva?+

No. Use Orva in Slack if that is where your team works, or use the secure Orva Portal from any browser.

What do the add-on bundles cost?+

Every plan includes the core Orva product. Optional bundles add the systems you need. See the current plans and bundle prices on our pricing page.
